1. What DraftInspect is
DraftInspect is software that helps home inspectors turn on-site photos and notes into written inspection reports and deliver them to their clients. You (the inspector) are the author of record for every report. DraftInspect drafts language for your review; you decide what to publish.
2. Your reports carry no third-party content — guaranteed
DraftInspect will never place advertising, third-party offers, insurance or warranty promotions, or any content from anyone other than you inside the reports you deliver to your clients. Your client-facing report and portal carry your branding and your findings only. This is a binding commitment, not a marketing slogan.
3. Your responsibility as author
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your inspection reports. AI-drafted language is a starting point that you must review and edit before publishing. DraftInspect is a tool; it does not perform inspections, does not verify field conditions, and is not a party to your inspection agreement with your client.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You may not use DraftInspect to store unlawful content, to impersonate another inspector, or in a way that violates applicable home-inspection licensing rules in your jurisdiction.
5. Plans and billing
DraftInspect is offered on a flat monthly plan. A free trial is available. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices are stated on our home page.
6. Your data
Your inspections, findings, photos, and client information belong to you. We process them to provide the service — see our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data. Reports you have retention obligations for remain yours to keep.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, DraftInspect’s liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the content of your reports or for decisions made based on them.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will notify account holders by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact

This is a plain-language template. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch, especially the liability and licensing sections.
