1. What we collect
Your account: your email address and the branding you enter (company name, license, logo, colors).
Your inspection data: the inspections you create — property addresses, client names and emails, findings, and photos you capture.
2. Client information in reports
Reports contain information about your clients and the properties you inspect, including addresses and names. This is personal information that belongs to your clients. We store it to provide the service to you, and we never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never place third-party content alongside it.
3. How we use data
We use your data only to run DraftInspect: to draft findings, to render and deliver reports, to generate the branded client portal and PDF, and to operate your account. AI drafting sends your field notes and photos to our model provider solely to generate the report text; it is not used to train third-party models.
4. Report sharing links
When you publish a report, we create a private link protected by a random token. Anyone with the link can view that one report — so treat the link as confidential and share it only with your client. Links expire, and you can revoke a link at any time. Report pages are marked so search engines do not index them.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on service providers to operate: hosting and database, file storage, transactional email, payment processing, and the AI model that drafts report language. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
6. Retention and your choices
Your data stays until you delete it. Because inspectors often have professional obligations to retain reports, we do not delete your reports automatically. You can export your data or request deletion of your account and its contents at any time by contacting us.
7. Security
Access to your data is restricted to your account. Client photos and PDFs are stored privately and served only through short-lived, per-request links. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
8. Contact
